About Me
I’m Neil Butterworth, a software developer (mostly C++) living in North London, UK. This blog is about C++, experiences, software tools, games, etc. For my more polemical side, please see The Punchtape Letters.
I have a number of Open Source projects on the go at Google Code and elsewhere. These are mostly simple utilities which I originally wrote for my own purposes, and include:
- csvfix, a utility for messing with CSV data files
- csvparse, a simple but complete CSV parser
- nclip, a programmer’s utility which manipulates the clipboard
- pathed, another programmer’s tool which edits the Windows path in the registry
- csvtest, an experimental data generator
- swine, use dialogs from shell scripts
